Escalator Couple has a crazy story. When the images went viral a guy came home from his father's funeral and saw this image on his homepage. The image is of his father and mother. He couldn't understand what was going on so he sent it to his mother and sister who both recognized him immediately. It turns out that he owed a rug shop on 5th Ave in NY and visited his brother in Durham NC each summer. I shot this at South Square Mall in Durham NC. Needless to say. It was a shocking experience for all of us.
