an Exhibition Proposal is a document that outlines the particulars of the proposed exhibition

• A brief description of the exhibition with a list of the artists participating

• The earliest you’d be ready to have the exhibition keeping in mind a modest timeline for printing, framing, finishing pieces, etc.

• Curator plus artist CVs and BIOs (optional but encouraged)

Images to Include

Create an image list with images of both finished and in-progress pieces that will be in the exhibition including titles, media, year made, sizes, and prices Include a link to a Google Drive or Dropbox folder with high-resolution (300DPI) JPEG, TIFF, or PNGs.

FUTURE MARKETING MATERIALS

Our postcards are printed in-house! You’re welcome to design your own postcard or we can do it for you! The design must be 5” x 7” with a .25” bleed for cutting.
