SABA JORDAN
Saba Jordan is a Visual Artist born in Santiago, Chile and currently residing in Carrboro, NC. He has been involved in the Arts for over 20 years. His work has been exhibited in the U.S. and Canada, where he lived for a decade. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from York University. Saba has been an Advisory Board member for the Orange County Arts Commission since 2022.
ARTIST STATEMENT
My work is greatly inspired by the wonders of Nature which I translate into abstract color motifs. My approach to painting is instinctual, curious and meditative. I am a strong believer in the Arts as a way to inspire social change. Creativity as an exercise of expression has always been a central part of my life.
